This latest Emerging Leaders Programme kicked off with a two-day event at Christeyns UK headquarters in Bradford, supporting 14 individuals from all areas of
the business. The programme runs until the middle of 2026, with the group visiting all the business’s UK sites during the coming months. Attendees are all emerging talent from across the UK and Ireland, identified as potential future leaders.

The programme forms part of Christeyns’ learning and development strategy which aims to embed a continuous learning culture at the core of their people policy, focusing on creating opportunities and retaining talent in the business. It is bespoke and delivered in partnership with Cognition Evolve who provide integrated, professional learning solutions for businesses around the world.

“We have had great success with our Emerging Leaders Programme and are delighted to be able to offer this to another 14 staff members,” says Christeyns head
of HR, Sarah Stringer. “The programme covers various aspects of leadership and also includes a realistic business challenge project, giving them the opportunity to influence and add value to the business.”

The company employs over 230 staff across its UK operations, both site and field based.
